Return Policy
There may be times you would like to return a product and under any circumstance you decide to return any merchandise there will be a store credit issued for UNUSED merchandise 7 days of delivery of merchandise.
Send us an email through our contact form with your order number and items you will like to return and a code will be given to you to help process your return faster ,
The return code and return instructions will be emailed back to you. The return code is only valid for 7 days. If we receive your return after 7 days it will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.
Once your return is received please allow up to 7 business days for your store credit to be issued. ONLY store credit will be issued, NO REFUNDS. We do not offer exchanges at this time only store credits. Returns must be unworn All shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Please do not use shoe box as a shipping box if there is writing, addresses or shipping tape on the shoe box your return will be rejected.
